As a HMRC bonded warehouse, security and operational management is of the utmost importance in all elements of our business.

We provide full computerised tracking and recording and have a dedicated data storage computer system designed specifically for this purpose.

For added convenience, we offer private viewing areas within our premises, allowing records to be examined without removal.

Our secure document shredding is handled onsite at our Aberdeen headquarters.

All documents are destroyed safely and environmentally under the supervision of our experienced staff, with a certificate of destruction provided for each batch.

We can also help you manage your records, keeping track of how long each record needs to be stored and managing directly if and when they can be destroyed.
