Data outside the UK

How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to business: 12 months
- Client records and accounting records: 6 years after the relationship ends
- Analytics data: 14 months

Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.

Document storage clients
Where we store documents for a business client, that client remains the data controller and we act as their processor. Our handling of that data is governed by our agreement with them, not by this policy.
